[0:00] Holy Father we praise you for the gift of music. For the kind of soundtrack of our lives. We praise you for the music that reminds us so many situations and people and good times.
[0:16] ! But we want to thank you even more for the gift of song as we gather every Sunday. That we don't come here primarily to listen to a lecture. We hear you speak to us in your word and we get to respond in song.
[0:29] And we get to sing and that changes our hearts and moulds us. And Jesus we thank you that by your spirit you are here in the midst. You are the singing saviour. You are the one that leads our worship.
[0:41] Help us heavenly Father to take it in. Help us to sing more boldly. Not because of any strength or weakness in our own voice. But because you fill us with your spirit. And that you have revealed to us a greater sense of reality of your gospel and your goodness.
